It's difficult to imagine a better agent to work with. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find issues with houses that I never would have noticed on my own. Without her help I probably would have made a purchase I would have ended up regretting. My father joined me for the early showings and was nervous about working with one of her assistants because of how good Melissa was (Shaunessy was great too though!). Highly recommended and I will absolutely contact her next time. Thanks!

Melissa did an excellent job of keeping us updated on what to expect throughout the entire process. Her suggested list price was higher than our own starting list price by 15%. Within 36 hours we had an accepted offer that was even 4% higher than the list price. Can't say enough good things about Melissa's knowledge of the market and work ethic. Plus she has a strong support staff beginning with Maria Spenceley.
