Melissa was beyond helpful and understanding of our needs. She provided a wealth of knowledge for first time homebuyers. You don’t realize the amount of things you will google during this process and Melissa was happy to explain and provide resources. We felt very confident in everything about the home prior to purchasing including expected utilities. She was present for every step of the way and made the process a lot less intimidating knowing we had her in our corner. We only have the one experience but we can’t help but think we got really lucky choosing Melissa.
