Monica goes above and beyond to really find the right home for you and make sure you’re comfortable with not just the home, but the process, and the inspections and the appraisals and all that jazz. It can get pretty overwhelming for a first time home buyer no matter how much research you put into it but monica was there every step of the way. Could not recommend her enough. You won’t regret it

I had two homes that Monica sold for me through a probate sale. It was a very emotional process for me, but Monica was always there to not only assist and educate me about the process, but she also was so very kind and understanding. She assisted with not only the sale, but found me local contractors to prepare the homes for the market. I was out of state, but Monica kept me informed every step of the way.
