Mica Mitchell was very unprofessional, argumentative, absent, treated me like a number instead of a client, very cold. uncaring, rude, stand offish no personality, didn't show up for my Closing and never congratulated me. Very poor Customer Service skills and just AWFUL altogether!

She was knowledgeable, walked me through every detail of the process, available always, provided various resources and has continued to be helpful before and after the sale. Additionally, she was very generous in giving me a closing gift and congratulatory lunch. I can't say enough great things about this process and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a dynamic realtor.
