Beginning to close, Michael and his team provide superb customer service. Redfin makes the process efficient and user friendly from scheduling your appointments to view homes to close where you are provided a checklist of deadlines to next step in process to close. He promised he would be there through the end and he was. If we had questions, he made sure he communicated availability, as well as provided guidance for this questions. His CMAs were spot on and accurate. He and his team went above and beyond our expectations for the process. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. A huge thank you to Mike and his team for uncomplicating and assisting us with our home buying process.
