The thing we most appreciated about Michael from the buying side was that he let us lead the process in a way that felt right for us. He was never pushy in making us feel like we needed to make an offer on anything out of our comfort zone (which we've experienced with other agents), and he negotiated when and how we asked, which resulted in us getting an offer accepted on our dream home below asking! Michael was easily the best part of our process of buying a home with Redfin. He was assigned to us by the algorithm, but from our first meeting it became clear that he was the person we wanted by our side to guide us through this process. He was always organized, responsive to all email requests and perfectly punctual. He has an in depth knowledge of the market and predicted the outcome in both our offers (one successful, and one unsuccessful). I am not sure that we would have purchased a home so quickly in this weird COVID climate if we had not met and worked with him. Mike was very professional and showed that he really cared about what we were looking for. We looked at quite a few houses and they had in law apartments for my dad. He immediately new what houses would not appeal to us. He had mentioned that house is not for you guys. We can’t put your dad in a apartment like that. That ment the world to me and I realized he wasn’t just trying to make a sale.
