Loved the home buying process with Michael, as a first time home buyer there were a lot of things I didn’t know about the home buying process or what to look for when touring homes, who to talk to for inspections and Michael made the whole process so easy and really a pleasure! He is very knowledgeable and available at anytime and I look forward to doing business in the future god willing!

Michael is one of a kind. He certainly knows what he is doing. There is no doubt about it. He is always accommodating, regardless of any particular day or time. He has a great demeanor which is heavily important in the role that he plays along with great negotiation skills. He listened to everything I had to say as opposed to an acknowledgment of a nod which I’ve found in most cases means the person isn’t really listening to you and potentially doesn’t care what you have to say. I could count on him to show up for all listings we had decided on allowing me the opportunity to get in as many as I wanted on any given day. He showed up for closing and I appreciated that he did. Two thumbs up, way up!
