I have known Michael Rapp for a few years. His family and my family attend the same church. I found out from another person at church that Michael is a real estate agent. It was really great to get someone I knew, trusted and lived in the area. I was the executor of my late Father's Property. I live about 50 miles from Royersford. Michael is very personable very knowledgeable. Any questions and issues that came up, he handled personally and or got me an answer by the end of the business day or first thing the next day at the latest. (I also got calls after hours). Michael had several open houses and reported back with offers. No pressure at all I could select any offer that came in. Michael also handled the Negotiation. I was very pleased with person/company how purchased the property. Transfer was very smooth and Michael took setting up the appointments and the documents to I did not have to be there for the transfer.
