Overall opinion: Strongly recommended. Background: I worked with Michael to purchase a condo in Mountain View, CA. I toured multiple properties with Michael, and as a first time home buyer I asked for advice on a few steps along the way. Pros: Michael as is a highly experienced realtor with an extensive network and strong knowledge of the bay area real estate market. He is also a skilled negotiator that knows what it takes to close deals. Throughout the process, he was responsive and took an appreciated honest and blunt approach to communication. Cons: Michael is very familiar with sales in hot markets like the bay area. We had a great time working with Michael. He made sure we had all the information we needed, while making sure we didn't get overwhelmed with all the information we didn't need! Michael was also great at helping us see the potential in homes that were in need of renovation but bigger than we had originally thought we could afford with our budget :)

We had an all around excellent experience with Michael. It was important to us that we find a home within a specific neighborhood and within our budget. Michael helped us navigate which homes would be good long term investments and which ones weren't worth placing on offer on. We never felt pressured and the experience was actually enjoyable!
