I was a first time home buyer with little to no idea about the market. Mike was patient enough to explain through all of the basic questions I asked. And since there was a lot of unknowns I took a lot of time touring and finding different aspects of real estate as I went along. All through this he did not pressure me into buying any place that I would have even the slightest doubt about. Most of his estimates were very close to the winning offer. He understood that this was the biggest investment that I'm making and most likely for the one time in my life and was patient enough wait for me to decide when to write offers.

It was a great experience of buying our new home with Mike from Redfin. We were buying this unit from a builder, so Mike explains us in details on how the process of buying from the builders differ from a typical person to person transactions and what are potential got-chas. He was available for every meeting with the selling party in person like the home orientation tour, inspection etc. He is also very prompt in responding over text if we had any question during any time of the day.

Working with Mike has been absolutely amazing. He was patience knowledgeable and provided us with his ample of real estate experience. Being a 1st time home buyer we didn't had any real estate knowledge or experience. We were thrilled that he guided us on every steps and we completely rely on him for everything. He even stopped us from making couple of bad decisions. We are extremely satisfied with him and would recommend him to every friend of us that are in the market for house hunting. This is our 5th house purchase with Michael and needless to say, he's simply awesome at what he does!
