Michael was phenomenal as an agent. He brought his expertise and helped us price our house perfectly and had it pending in 5 days while other homes were sitting for weeks with multiple price reductions! Michael communicated extremely well and always kept us updated as to what was going on. He always took the time to answer our questions, explain contracts, and advise on the best plan forward with honest feedback and not just what we wanted to hear to get our business. The only thing I’m disappointed in is that we are moving out of state and can’t use Michael moving forward! I would 100 percent recommend Michael to anyone looking for an agent!
