Michaela was such a joy to work with. She was always responsive and walked us through the all the aspects of buying a home. She helped us stay realistic in the crazy real estate market and when we finally had a contract to buy a home that was being built, she was there every step of the way. She represented us throughout the process that took several months. She answered all our questions (we had a lot) and was there day and night (and even on her vacation!). We loved the full service that we got with Michaela and would recommend her to anyone! She also worked with us to sell our Condex and was so great there as well. We REALLY appreciate all the hard work on both sides of the real estate market.

Michaela was such a great realtor to work with. She gave us real feedback and always had our best interest at heart. She would talk to us about strategy and the market and helped us make the best decisions. We worked with Michaela four years ago when we bought our condex, then when it came time to buy a house and sell the condex she was there for us again! Michaela is a content professional. She showed us homes off and on for a few years and we almost gave up on our dream home. Until she showed us the perfect lot to build! Then she had to go through the ringer with our builder and us. It was not an easy process with the builder. Michaela even sold our current home for more then expected. She's truly a gem, the best and would recommend her for any buying and selling!

Michaela recently helped sell our condo in NH, and she did an awesome job guiding us through the process. Since we live out of state, we needed some who we could trust, and had our best interest in mind. Michaela helped prep the house for staging & took genuine care of our property up until sale. Many a times, I felt she went the extra mile to fill our shoes. She was on top of all the details and was always quick to respond to us (including some of my panic calls)!!! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and we would highly recommend Michaela to anyone else looking to buy or sell.

Michaela sold my home about a month ago. It was sold in four days. I let Michaela know what I was looking to buy, and that was exactly what she found for me. She was on top of everything. Michaela answered my texts and phone calls immediately. Weekends and nights. She took the time to explain everything to me. It made the selling and buying less stressful. I have referred Michaela to several friends. They are also very happy with her.

I could go on for a long time about how Michaela is the best realtor but this is going to limit me I am sure... so what I will say is that Michaela is fantastic. I was not an easy customer, and I know that. I was very particular and specific and Michaela was very patient and understanding with me. She knows the real estate in NH and MA, is able to recommend areas, and can suggest other places you maybe didn't know based off your likes/wants. She is very pleasant to work with and helped me with all the steps and made it very easy for me to understand the process. I didn't have to do a thing but just sign where she told me to! Michaela is very professional and assisted us with the purchase giving great service explaining us all the details because as first time buyers from moved in from abroad we were not familiar with all the market rules. Michaela provides always high level service.

Michaela was so easy to work with! I messaged her early in the morning about a house that was listed at midnight and she got us a viewing in just a few hours. Before noon we had an offer in and with her advice we were accepted over the other offers that were also on that house same day. Today's market is crazy and she knows a good property when she sees one. If she didn't push me to go see our house that same day we wouldn't have our first home now.
She is so sweet and a pleasure to be around. So thankful we found her!
