We had minimal knowledge of buying real estate in the U.S., but she explained the process, all the contingencies, and when we needed to keep or waive them depending on our situation and each property. She took the time to explain things more than once until we really understood. We worked with Michelle through Redfin to buy our first home. She was really fast and efficient in processing requests (e.g., getting disclosures, preparing offers, etc.). She's also detail oriented -- for example, she went through with us on the most important notes from disclosures and exactly how much we might need to spend in the next few years on the repairs for the listings we were interested. With her help, we were able to buy a home we loved really quickly and close on time.
