Michelle was very nice and professional. The communication was great as she was explaining the process step by step. If we couldn't get hold of her when we called, she would call back as soon as possible. Our texts were always answered in a timely manner. We had a great experience with her and would recommend her service to anyone.

Michelle was not very knowledgeable on doing counter offers, this cost us money. When we agreed to pay part of the closing cost for the buyer we did not realize we could have asked to raise the price of the house to cover the cost. We found out after doing some research and talking to another Agent that we could have counter offered to increase the price of our home to cover the closing cost. I was also asked if we could close early, this was no issue for us but I had to remind my Agent to have the contingency’s removed by the buyer because of the date changes. Machelle wanted to go with the old dates, that would not have worked. We felt that she was just looking for a fast sale and not looking out for our best interest.

Michelle always answered my calls and messages very promptly. Although we did a lot of research before listing our home, Michelle gave us some great advice as well as confirming other bits. She also was very good during negotiations with buyers so as make sure we get top dollar for our property. Ultimately our home sold in less than 2 weeks and at our (admittedly high) asking price. Thanks again Michelle!

We are first time home buyers and felt completely neglected and in the dark throughout the entire process. Michelle failed to provide us with updates (often times we would not hear back from her for a few days), answers to our questions (we always have to request follow-ups), and ultimately failed to represent us as buyers (did not care for our needs as buyers, only made sure that the sellers sold their house and the transaction was completed). We're not sure if she was managing way too many clients than she can handle at the same time, but we definitely felt like we were last in her priority list. Highly do not recommend her as your agent.

Michelle and her team are the best I have come across. I have gone through the purchasing of homes previously and she is hands down the best. She is always available and willing to do everything she can to make the process go as smoothly as possible. In our case there were factors that were out of her control and she still managed to make everything work out. I cannot say enough great things about her.
