Michelle was WONDERFUL to work with. She was in constant contact keeping us informed of what was happening. It was not a simple transaction because of the mobile home park renters requirements We were buying the mobile home for my sister in law and she was very supportive of her and helping her solve the problems with the mobile home park. She really advocated for us and helped us get a good deal. She was also fun to work with in a time that could have been much more stressful.

Michelle sold me my first house in Apple Valley. At that time houses in my price line were being bought up even before they were listed. Michelle convinced me to put in a backup offer on a house I liked to see what might happen. Sure enough, the house fell out of escrow and I was able to buy it. So when it became time to sell my house I, of course, I called Michelle. She worked just as hard helping me sell my house as she did when she helped me buy it.
