A previous Redfin user here. Carl is exceptional in cutting a great deal! With his help we are able to close on a house in a hot neighborhood at listing price and getting seller credit. Many lenders thought this is the best deal they've seen in many months in 2020. On top of that, he provided general advice on the types of house to look for, and an overview of market condition for each type. Such info was extremely valuable for 1st time buyers and people moving from other states. And if you ever run into trouble along the way, he will be there to back you up and offer suggestions.
