Miguel helped us both buy and sell single family homes in Norwood Park. We were connected to him through the Redfin app when we initially showed interest in buying our new home. We had to move quickly to make an offer, and then list our old home. Miguel was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and so calm, which was an especially welcome presence during the stress of negotiations. He also connected us to a great inspector, attorney, and plumber. We initially had slight reservations about using Redfin vs. a “traditional” real estate company, and Miguel helped put those to rest.

Miguel was the best possible agent we could have asked for. He was extremely helpful, insightful, and organized through every step of the process. He was always willing to talk and work with us, even from the beginning when we were only looking around and weren’t serious buyers. Once we started more seriously considering properties, he knew what to ask the listing agents to make sure we knew what kind of house we were looking at. And whenever we asked his opinion, he always had informed and balanced things to say. We never felt like we were getting pushed into a home. Rather, it felt like we had someone on our side, honestly representing us and making sure we got the kind of home we were looking for.
