After a move, we used Mike and Flori as rental agents and couldn't be more happy with that portion of our relationship. In 2017 we thought it was finally time to sell. Being all-original, Mike and Flori counseled us on how to get the home sold for the most money in the shortest time frame. Because we live on the West coast, Mike (at no charge) oversaw a $40K transformation of the home and we received multiple offers in the first week. Flori managed the transaction smoothing over every wrinkle that came along. We are so pleased with their work, knowledge, and “can do” attitude – they truly are our Realtors for life. I purchased a condo that was listed as a court ordered sale. The entire process was dreadfully long and stressful, and yet throughout the entire process Mike was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely accommodating during the house search process (and trust me, I was very needy during this phase as a picky first time home buyer). I cant say enough wonderful things about both Mike and Flori, they are the BEST!

There where absolutely no unanswered questions throughout my entire buying process. Talking with several friends who recently purchased around the same time, there were a lot of questions as to why their agents didn't do some of the things Mike did for me. Mike hunted and hunted for my perfect home! I had renovations to do prior to moving in. We had snags like any renovation. Mike jumped in after the sale to fix an issue while I was away on travel. Workers would have been standing there doing nothing for a week without Mike's help! Talk about going the extra mile!!
