Matthew Halliday is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to have represent me. He is responsive within 24 hours...basically within an hour or two. He always advised me and represented totally me. He would advise me if he thought something was not going to be to my advantage. In this day and age, real estate contracts can dissolve in an instant. The selling of my home did after I had placed an offer on another property. Matthew represented me here in Florida, but I was selling my home in the Midwest. He was in constant contact with me and my realtor in order to work out the deal and help get everything resolved. I have never had anyone represent me so well! I would recommend him in an instant!

Larry really knows his stuff. He is the most energetic, upbeat and determined agent. He and his team were patient and knowledgeable. He pointed out concerning problems in a home that we did not necessarily pick up on. He worked with the sellers agent to negotiate a fair price for the home and made sure we were not taken advantage of.

Larry was very professional, but also personable, polite, and well groomed. He used all avenues available to him to advertise and promote the sale of my condo. Leaving my condo of 35 years was very difficult for me, as I had always loved it -- the view, the location, the club right next door, and all my friends. But he was very patient with me while my children and I arranged for a sale, and in the end even found someone to help him move the remains of furniture left so that people could pick it up -a day before the closing. It sold in a short time.

Larry was the best Realtor that I have ever worked with and we worked with several who did not listen to what we were looking for. Larry listened to what we wanted and what our price range was. The first trip out we said If we could combine this feature in this house with that in another, etc. He got the feel for what we wanted. Our next trip out he showed us 7 houses all just what we were looking for. We bought one of those. Larry then helped during the mortgage process and was always just a phone call away.
