Mina was a great match for me as a first time home buyer. She listened carefully to what I asked for, scheduled everything carefully so that I could see all kinds of different houses across different neighborhoods to compare them, and was honest about the pros and cons of every place we looked at. I always felt like she had my interests at the forefront rather than trying to sell me on a particular place. She also has first hand knowledge about financing, permits, repairs, contractors, zoning, school districts, rental laws, managing a tenant in a duplex, and so many other things in real estate, and was honest about the tradeoffs of time and money and frustration with all of them. As she got a sense of exactly what I wanted over a few weekends touring houses, she helped me narrow down on a great home purchase for me that stayed within my budget.
