Having purchased a house using Redfin and having an amazing realtor on the purchase side, I had high expectations for the sell side. Not only were my expectations not met, but his performance fell far short of even having a good experience. I wouldn't use Mitch for any future transactions. Pros Our house was sold. He caught a scary situation with a buyer who made multiple offers through different realtors. Cons We think he scared away potential buyers by telling them "They already have an offer, and the buyers will really fight for the house." As a hands-on buyer I like to be part of the transaction process. Mitch strikes a perfect balance between dragging you into every detail of the transaction vs. acting as your agent while still keeping you informed of any issues or pertinent milestones. He took the lead on making sure all of our concerns were addressed without trying to downplay anything that might compromise the transaction: in other words, he's on your side. Incidentally, he's also an amicable guy that's pleasant to work with. I'd be happy to work with him again on our next purchase.

Mitch did everything he promised and taught me more about buying a home than I ever expected. He was up against a hard sell as my one and only experience purchasing a home was a total mess. I purchased my first home without any knowledge about the process, assuming the agent would help me out and guide me through a rather scary experience. He did not. Mitch was amazing and was always ready to answer questions, teach, advise and guide me to help me find a home I am truly happy with. I could not have asked for a better agent or experience. I would recommend Mitch to anyone.
