I have already referred Moe to friends and co-workers. He is exceptionally talented at realistically negotiating, understanding his clients needs, and works literally around the clock to make things happen. He understands the market and researches comp values for each different around. He has built an incredibly strong team around him, including his house inspectors, who take care of every aspect of his clients. I was looking for specific lake properties across so many zip codes in SE Michigan. He was beyond a trooper in his support and research for me to find the gem of a property that I was looking for. I was really happy with the service Moe Siddique provided to me and my husband since when we started searching for houses in Michigan until after the purchase when we had to negotiate some things with the previous owner.
