I only met in person with Monica four times, two of those times she was over a half an hour late for the meeting. I have moved nine times in the last 42 years; Redfin is the worse agency that I have ever delt with. Phone calls were not returned, text messages not responded to. Nothing was done unless I specifically requested action, and then not in a timely fashion. The Redfin web site is horrible, why are documents listed alphabetically and not by date posted? Not that my agent used the web site, documents were posted well after the fact.
