Monique and Tony make a great team. There is always good communication between them and myself. Always kept me informed on the progress of selling my house. In summary, they both did an excellent job listing my house and getting it sold in a very short time.
They are honest, caring and always looking out for their clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ZACARIAS TEAM!!
Zacarias team is very helpful ans knowledgeable in all the selling procedure. My husband and I felt really comfortable thru the whole process of our home sale.

No words can describe the amazing work they do. They get to know you and work with you ever step of the way. Buying my first home seemed scary until i begun to work with Monique and team. Always explaining every detail during the whole process. Definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Always went the extra mile with myself exploring numerous homes and ensuring always had necessary information to make decision. It’s not only about purchasing or selling a home to Monique and Tony, it’s a friendship that is established. Monique always reached out after my initial purchase and than sale of my home asking how I was doing, needed anything, and just checking in. This I have never experienced previous with a real estate agent and I have moved several times and across country for work.

Truly genuine couple you can trust. It was a very stressful situation for me, since I'm living in Montana and selling my home in California. Tony and Monique alleviated all my stress, I knew I was in good hands. House sold above asking price. Very happy how smoothly it all went.
We met Tony in the open house and from the beginning we noticed that he was the agent that we needed to work with, so we could made our dream of buying a house come true!
