Morgan assisted with buying my new home and also selling my old home. He did such a fantastic job at obtaining my new home that it was a no brainer that I was going to use him when selling our other property. During a buyers market for our other home, Morgan was able to use his expertise and knowledge to get me and my family the maximum amount for our house. It was a seamless process from start to finish and his team was also fantastic throughout the process. I will no doubt call Morgan should I ever need another realtor in the future.

Acquiring Morgan as our realtor came out of a whim. Met him while touring a home. He eventually helped us purchase and sell our home. The discounted fee selling our home with Redfin was also a great incentive. Morgan helped us make informed decisions. He was straightforward and was easy to deal with. With the current housing market and somewhat increasing inventory, we were quite worried and was preparing for the worst not being able to sell our home as quick as we did. He made a great recommendation and we sold. So it is our turn to recommend Morgan whether you are purchasing or selling your home.

Morgan was very helpful and supportive throughout my first homebuying experience. I never felt rushed, he was extremely responsive, and he went above and beyond helping me navigate the process. He helped connect me with inspectors, identify contractors to provide quotes on projects, and even recommended movers!
