Morgan was an amazing realtor (and I had already been through a couple to know the difference). I came into this process very skeptical about purchasing a home, told Morgan that I would be a horrible client as I was passively looking and he should probably focus on someone else. He assured me that there was no such thing as a bad client and even with my passive attitude if I messaged him he responded promptly and always found time to work within my schedule to see properties.
