Mark was great throughout the entire process. He helped me select what we thought was the best first offer but that ended up being a bit of a nightmare (through no fault of his). He insulated me from a lot of unreasonable requests and communications that I didn't need to be stressing with. When it was clear that offer was going to fall through he immediately went to work getting me a solid backup offer lined up which went through very quickly without a hitch to get me closed near my original date. I can't imagine what would have happened with a less seasoned and awesome agent, very thankful to Mark for all of his hard work.

I find him very hard working and meticulous about the details. 1) When I found a condo listed with short distance from my work and with good price, I called Rick and he did a quick research and said " this is a good deal and we should act fast." Very professinal! He was very reliable and easy to talk to and get in touch with. Made buying a home fun and not stressful! He knew good contacts to refer me to because I wasn't familiar with the area vs hiring a stranger. He had a good eye with properties and suroundes like jobs and schools and as a mother that was a huge plus! All of the things I needed in my next home he listen and met all the reconditions vs having an agent forget or try and throw you random homes to purchase. He tell gave his 100% with helping me! I would deffiantly use him again and refere him to someone!

Rick sat with me and found 5 good houses to look at. The next day (my last available day), we looked at all the houses on his list, when we got to the last house on the list, I was sold on the house. He made the whole process painless and very easy to get into a new home. Everything was planned carefully, from downpayments to getting into the house.
