Breanne and Nancy were so helpful with the sale of our home. Our situation was quite unique. They had to deal with 4 different people on the deed. They navigated through all of it with ease. They also came to our aid late at night trying figure out how to sign paperwork online. Would highly recommend!

For my total honesty, with how flexible and amazing Nancy was with accommodating us despite some less than ideal circumstances and stayed consistent with honesty and compassion from beginning to end, she not only helped us find a lovely home years ago when we had no clue what we were doing, but she also helped us sell that very same home when we decided to move back to our family years later! She worked diligently while being responsive and resourceful in helping us sell a home in less than ideal living circumstances from 700 miles away and seemed to double as a therapist-like listening ear with easing our stress and assuring us that things would be okay. 100/10 score for Nancy Smith. I'd use her again in a heartbeat.

I do not recommend her. She easily forget that she supposed to do. She shouldn't say yes if she forget about anything. Also she didn't even let us know, when property was closed. I asked to title company , they let Nancy know it was closed, but Nancy didn't contact us any.
