Nancy was amazing! Every time I had a question, she had an answer. If it was a question that the answer needed to be obtained from the seller, she had already sent them a text or email asking the same thing before I reached out to her. Closing this one was not quick (no fault of hers, for sure), but she stayed on top of it and kept me sane through the process. I will be using her again in the future and recommend you do to.

Nancy is a great realtor very communicative and gave us detailed explanations about the houses. She explained the good, the bad, and the potential in them. She didn't just let us buy any house. She pointed out the best ones out there for the money and also put in her opinion about the home for future resell if we decide. She works close with her clients like family not a check.
