I was born and raised in Niigata Prefecture, Japan where I began a career as a television news reporter building communication and investigation skills from the work. Moved to Honolulu in 2008 with both Japan and Hawaii real estate license and start as a realtor.

Naoko was responsive, listened to our needs, and recommended additional properties for us to consider. She was readily available, on time for appointments and prepared with documentation. She provided valuable counsel when it was time to write the offer, and served as our proxy with the sellers agent through the counter-offer process. As off-island buyers, we appreciated that she was willing to go the extra mile for us, sending us videos of properties, and after we were in contract, meeting with inspectors, interfacing with a mortgage broker in a different time zone and making the purchase as hassle-free as possible. I would recommend her without hesitation.
