Nash helped us find our home in Alameda last year. The market was extremely competitive and we were already looking for a couple months (with no luck) before we partnered with Nash. What we liked most about Nash was his down to earth personality and being extremely accommodating with our schedules. If there was a house we were interested in, Nash would be on top of it and schedule a viewing ASAP -- this was also during the height of the COVID pandemic with all the safety protocols. In the end, Nash helped us close the deal on a wonderful house in Alameda -- honestly a place we thought was out of our reach. We're really appreciative of all the work Nash put in for us and would totally recommend him to others in their home purchasing journey.

Nash was a real MVP. We were dealing with a very difficult realtor, stressed about buying our first home and then ran into Nash at an open house. We started talking, he offered to meet us for coffee, gave us a first-time home buying 101 spiel, showed us some listings, and fast forward a couple months when we are sitting happy in our new home! He was patient, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, level-headed and a genuine nice guy. We didn't feel uncomfortable at any point in the process and had a great transparent and open dialogue throughout. Not to mention we moved in a couple months ago and he still reaches out with suggested vendors to help with some home updates. He knows the area and market so well, we are beyond grateful!
