If you are looking for someone who is always on their “A-Game”, Nasheen is your Girl. I was a first time home buyer and was extremely nervous about purchasing during the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Nasheen was always one step ahead of everyone, she made the process very smooth with little stress. She was not over aggressive or pushy to get me to purchase, very accommodating and worked around my busy schedule. I’m a military Veteran and she knew how to navigate through the intricacies of the VA home loan process. Nasheen found me a “diamond in the rough”, the property had 3 other offers but she was able to convince the seller’s Real Estate Agent that I was the right buyer, Nasheen’s ability to build interpersonal relationships is above par. Not only did Nasheen get me a killer deal “appraised for $25K above asking” but was able to get the seller to issue Credits as well, I know that without her help I may have paid more or even lost out completely.
