Nathan has been the perfect go to guy for anything to do with real estate. He definitely goes to the extra mile. He’s also pleasant to work with, and has a great sense of humor to boot. Don’t let his age fool you though because he’s actually got considerable experience and is knowledgeable about all of the current laws and regulations, etc. I would definitely recommend Nathan for your buying or selling needs.

Nathan listened to my wants and needs and perspectives on finding a house I could “age in place”. It took us a while, but we eventually found the almost perfect house. As we continued to look, he began to refine what I was looking for and liked AND WHY from each tour. We got closer and closer each time we went out to what would be almost perfect until we found this house. Purchased in September, I moved in just before the pandemic broke and after extensive work on the kitchen and my en-suite bath (the perfecting part) and I am as happy as I was when we found it... maybe even happier.

Nathan was actually chosen by my ex-wife’s attorney to sell our house, not the best circumstances to meet someone. The moment I met him I could tell he was professional and serving the best interest of all sides. As we went though the process of getting the house ready for sale he went above and beyond more times than I could count. Bringing in his trailer and helping make trips to the dump to get rid of all the property we discovers left behind, helping find the perfect handyman for small repairs, explaining every step of the process. He was and is a professional but more importantly he genuinely cares about his clients and going the extra mile (or ten) to make sure everyone gets the best out of the process. We still talk nearly a year later because he is such a good guy.
