Navneet is a highly exceptional real estate agent who is very attentive to her client’s needs, whether big or small. With zero desire to spend well over $1 million for a stick home in the Bay Area, my focus shifted to the lovely manufactured home parks in Sunnyvale which is arguably the last “affordable” housing option in the Bay Area. As an unmarried individual in his late 40s with no kids or other dependents, I discovered after extensive research that purchasing a manufactured home would be the perfect fit for me and my lifestyle, much more so than a condo or townhome would be. Even though manufactured homes are a quirky niche market compared to the traditional housing market, Navneet recognized that there is a growing demand for manufactured homes in the area and was all-in to learn a new niche market and to fully support me on my journey to purchasing the right home. Because I selected Navneet to be my real estate agent, it was a beautiful journey with no hiccups! Purchasing a home can be a very stressful and overwhelming event in a person’s life. There are so many things that can go wrong if you don’t have a knowledgeable real estate agent whom you know and can trust. Navneet went above and beyond in guiding me through my home buying process and experience. Navneet was extremely proactive when it came to setting up private tours of homes of interest, obtaining disclosures, building relationships with listing agents, etc. We initially placed offers on two other homes which were not accepted. With the housing market being extremely hot as it is, Navneet had a very calming demeanor about her assuring me not to worry, and that the right home would fall into my lap. It is easy to get discouraged when you have offers that aren’t accepted, but I followed her advice and embraced that things happen for a reason. Lo and behold, the perfect house popped up out of nowhere after a pending sale fell through. We acted on it immediately, and less than 36 hours later our offer was accepted out of nine total offers. Navneet was beyond brilliant with setting the offer price and negotiating with the sellers and listing agent. This home would not be mine without her knowledge, experience, and expertise leading the way….period. It is also important to note how extremely proactive and responsive Navneet is with her communication. She was always available to answer all of my questions at any time day or night. Once an offer is accepted, things tend to move at a very rapid pace until the closing date. Navneet was incredible and proactive in keeping me in the loop during every stage of the purchase process. Never missing a beat, her knowledge and expertise shined through the entire process. The purchasing process was as smooth as it possibly could be thanks to Navneet!
