Niall was excellent. He provided professional and unbiased advice that was in my interest. Niall was always quick to respond and represented me well. He made sure I took actions that were in my best interest such as contacting a local credit union to get lower interest rates I did not even know I was eligible for. He was attentive to all my needs including a quick and smooth closing.

Niall was extremely helpful throughout our home search. It lasted for about two years because my husband and I were indecisive and just couldn’t agree on what we wanted, and he was patient and understanding the entire time. Whenever we wanted to see a home, he was accommodating and flexible with his schedule. When we finally found a home we agreed on, Niall was communicative and transparent about each step. We would recommend him to friends, and we will use him when we are ready to purchase again. He’s like a friend now!.

During the whole process. Mr. McCall made sure I understood everything before signing anything. He call me to see if I had any questions. Mr. McCall kept me updated with any and all changes. He not only kept me informed of the changes. He made sure I understood why there were changes.
