Nick was fabulous to work with. After about 2 years of showing us multiple houses and putting up with our instantaneous requests, we finally found our dream home. He was always a pleasure to work. Once we found that house and made our offer, he continued to provide us his expertise in working through the process to complete the purchase. Trust me we had lots of questions! We also worked with Nick on the sale of our previous home. Same experience and again, his professionalism and expertise provided us a quick sale at our asking price. Nick was abrasive and unempathetic. He diminished our concerns rather than addressing them or attempting to walk us through them. On the buying side of things, he seemed inclined to reinforce our initial opinions rather than trying to provide guidance or advice regarding the home we were looking at. I will say that he has excellent taste in title agents, Burgundy was a pleasure to work with.
