Nick Shackelford has been an excellent agent that I would strongly recommend to anyone. He was thoughtful, prompt, professional, and in general was the best part of our home buying process. He helped point out things in homes that we may not have considered and was not at all a pushy salesman as many agents can be. He was also very insightful in helping craft a bid in a very competitive market. When we were having issues with our lender dropping the ball he stepped up to help ensure the process continued as smoothly as possible. Truly a superb advocate for his client. Without Nick we would not have gotten our dream home. Simply the best.
