Working with Nick was an absolute pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Tucson real-estate market and was able to show us houses within the parameters of what we were looking for in terms of both the neighborhood as well as the interior. What really stood out about Nick was his patience and flexibility. Being from out of town meant hectic showing schedule when I was able to be in Tucson and also several FaceTime showings but Nick made himself available and I never felt rushed. He made the whole process so seamless and streamlined that I closed on the house in just a few weeks from the time we placed the offer.
