Nicole is so great to work with! She's experienced and answered every question I came up with. She's upbeat, a very positive person, and she listened when I needed to vent. I was slightly impatient and reactive at times during the sale. She never reacted and was always gracious. She got buyers to come and look. Nicole worked her magic with all the offer and closing details. Nicole's the best!

We started with another Redfin agent and received limited communication; we had the impression that there was little interest in our home. Then our agent quit Redfin and Nicole Arnold took over. Immediately after, there was so much interest in the home, consistent informative communication from Nicole. There were several offers and ultimately, she got us to the finish line and she was wonderful to work with. If I had to go back and do it again, I wish Nicole was our agent through the whole process.
