This was our first time selling a property. We couldn't have asked for a more patient and easier person to work with than Nicole. She clearly explained anything we had questions about and kept us informed throughout the process. We always received a quick response whenever we contacted her and never felt rushed in any of our conversations. She was attentive and accommodating to our needs from listing to closing. While NE Florida was not her primary market, she did an excellent job in familiarizing herself with the area of our property and setting the right expectations on how long it could take to potentially sell.
