About Nicole
My name is Nicole Ragan and I am a local San Diego Realtor.
Helping my clients buy and sell is my first priority. I treat every client the same regardless of the amount of their purchase or sale. I work with a lot of first-time homebuyers. My job is to protect my client's investments and I am here to help their transaction move along as easily and seamlessly as possible. Buying and selling can be stressful in addition to everything that goes with it. I feel it is important to guide my clients through the process from getting pre-approved, handling the appraisal, home inspection, reviewing disclosures, coordinating escrow and title in order to lead to a successful transaction. I have helped hundreds of sellers and buyers successfully sell and purchase homes throughout San Diego County. Customer service is very important to me. I take pride in working for myself and I am with my clients from beginning to end. The relationship doesn't end after we have worked together, my goal is to have a lifetime client and friend.
