Nikki was an incredible realtor! We came across entirely by fate because she was the suggested Redfin realtor for a house we were interested in. She got in touch within 24 hours and had lined up 6 homes for us to visit within 48 hours. We put in offer and she was communicative and clear at every step. When we had wire transfer issues at the last possible minute on Friday afternoon, she called repeatedly until it was resolved and convinced the attorney so stay until 5:30 so that we could get the keys to our new home. And she was not in the office, doing all of this virtually and by phone. I am very appreciative of Nikki and all of her efforts!
