I had an amazing experience working with Nikki. She was extremely knowledgeable at every step of the process and I was fully confident that she was always working in my best interest. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions, which she always graciously and patiently answered in a very timely manner. She would break down every situation into something I could understand and presented the information in a non-biased manner to allow me to make informed decisions. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision or purchase to close faster. Whenever I signed a document, I was confident that I understood exactly what I was committing to thanks to her detailed explanations. She exceeded all expectations I had when I first entered the market, and I will definitely be recommending her to friends/family in the future who may be looking for an agent.
