Nora helped us sell our townhome that we built 5 years ago and buy our single family home that we built from the ground up as well. Nora is one of the absolute best realtors in the northern Virginia area. We quickly learned that all realtors are not created equal. We had a realtor that took horrible pictures of our home and would not hold open houses after several requests. We learned the importance of having a full-time realtor that lives, breathes, and loves real estate. We hired Nora after failing to sell our townhome with our prior realtor. Nora came in and hired a stager to help give us tips on how to better stage our home for sale. She also held open houses for us. Nora sold our home in 30 days above asking. She did all of the negotiations and it was a very seamless 21 day process. Nora helped us purchase our new build and worked with the builder throughout the process to get everything done for us. We have 2 kids under 2 now so we did not have a lot of time to schedule appointments, etc. I trust Nora as she listened to our wishes throughout the entire process and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Nora for any of your real estate needs.
