Sam has been an invaluable resource in our home buying and selling journey. She helped us purchase our starter home in 2019, sell that home in 2024, and purchase a family home in 2024. In both purchases we were in multiple offer situations and she worked hard to get ours accepted, while not going over market value. She was also able to negotiate measurable seller credits for home repairs. On the sell side, she got very creative to market our home and held multiple open houses and we got the price we were aiming for. Sam’s ability to keep things organized and on track is outstanding, and she is a lot of fun in the process. Sam was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer, she was patient, knowledgeable and educational on the home buying experience. She was enthusiastic with going out every week to look at homes and was on top of curating lists of homes for us to look at based on our requirements and what she had noticed that we liked/disliked about previous homes we had toured. Could not recommend Sam enough!!
