Charles us/ was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions truthfully. If he did not know the answer, he would go above and beyond to get the answer for me. I was interested in a townhouse that was for sale. He checked the status of it, and it was under contract. The purchasers withdrew their offer. As soon as Charles was informed that the townhouse would be put back on the market, he called me and met me later that evening for a showing. He checked in with me after the sale (s) just to inquire if I was still happy with my purchases. I highly recommend Charles. And if I find another property that interests me, Charles will be the first realtor I call.
