Oleksii was great to work with. We challenged him with all kind of new things he never had to deal with like having a closing while I was living abroad and helping me through all the paperwork and additional headache of that process. He was quick to respond at all hours. On the negotiating front he was able to get the price dropped of the property we were buying by $15,000 and got a repair done on a contract that had a pass fail inspection. He even dealt with a barely competent finance officer and helped me with him too. 10/10 would buy with again.
