Olga is very knowledgeable and completely walked us through the process of selling our rental property. She was there for us at every turn. This was a short sale and a difficult situation for my husband and I. Olga did not give us false hopes, but was realistic and encouraging. She made herself available via cell phone, email and in person to us and answered all of our questions. I really felt like she was "on our side"!
