I’m honestly tired of all the generic, AI-sounding reviews… so here’s a real one. Like a lot of people, I went into my first home purchase with the mindset of “don’t trust realtors.” I truly believed that. I was wrong. From day one, Omar showed me he’s a genuine human being first and a professional second. At our first showing, I actually went in with my guard up. I even played a little dumb about homes because I wanted to see if he would try to steer me in the wrong direction. Instead, I told him it was my first time buying, and he immediately took the time to walk me through what to look for, how the process works, and what to realistically expect. Everything he shared was honest, accurate, and came from a place of actually wanting me to make a good decision. I had a stupid amount of questions (seriously… a s**t ton), and he never once made me feel like I was being annoying or wasting his time. Every call and text was met with patience, positivity, and a real willingness to help, and I’ll admit I was probably reaching out almost every day. Anytime I had a new list of homes, he moved quickly to set up showings and always kept communication clear. We ended up seeing 40+ properties over about two months. The biggest thing for me was that he never pressured me to buy. If anything, he helped keep me grounded when I started getting impatient or emotional about making an offer. (Had a contract pulled AFTER acceptance. I was pissed.). He was straightforward, gave honest opinions, and guided me through every step like someone who truly cared, not just about the sale. I’m actually going to miss texting him every day but it was completely worth it. (I'm sure he won't because I probably blew up his phone) I highly recommend Omar. Omar assisted us in a very difficult situation. We had just had a break-in and the heat was no longer working (in the midst of a Chicago Winter). He arranged replacement of the door and coordinated with HVAC tech to restore heat to home. He also took care of village requirements for the sale. He did so much beyond marketing and selling the property. He did an AMAZING job selling the property. Within a few days we had multiple offers and ended up accepting an offer 10% above ask and closed in a few days. I look forward to utilizing his services in future deals as he clearly understands the sensitive nature of our clientele.

I cannot recommend anyone else that ticks the boxes of being so informative, understanding of someone's needs, and really - just someone who's on your side. I went the process not knowing a SINGLE thing about how to buy a house. By the time my fiancee and I came out of this, it had felt like Omar descended from above and shot homeowner's knowledge directly into our brains. Omar not only is prompt with they way he works, but he's methodical - he knows his way around and he's personable. He'll let you know when things are wrong with a house, what's the good in a property, what to look out for, what not to do, what you should do. Omar could sell me a jar of dirt at a 6.75% interest rate with the way he's able to communicate. Buying a house is probably the most stressful thing I've ever done. It'll be the most stressful thing anyone ever will do, but Omar shares that stress with you and is able to understand that feeling of dread, of uncertainty - direct it towards the right avenues, the right channels in order to get the house you deserve.
