Omar assisted us in a very difficult situation. We had just had a break-in and the heat was no longer working (in the midst of a Chicago Winter). He arranged replacement of the door and coordinated with HVAC tech to restore heat to home. He also took care of village requirements for the sale. He did so much beyond marketing and selling the property. He did an AMAZING job selling the property. Within a few days we had multiple offers and ended up accepting an offer 10% above ask and closed in a few days. It'll be the most stressful thing anyone ever will do, but Omar shares that stress with you and is able to understand that feeling of dread, of uncertainty - direct it towards the right avenues, the right channels in order to get the house you deserve. No one needs to pay me to right a review, I got the house I wanted with my fiancee and that's all I wanted
