Franklin is an AMAZING agent! From the moment my husband and I sat down with him, we were impressed by his knowledge and confidence; we knew we were making the right decision to secure his services. Franklin began by explaining the process we would go through to sell our home step by step and then made sure we stayed on track throughout. He always made time for us and was ready with answers to all of our questions. Franklin also stayed on top of the necessary requirements to get our home sold and kept everyone on track to get us to the finish line. Fernando not only fulfilled our expectations but exceeded them! My husband and I were first time home buyers and he was with us every step of the way. Explaining anything we had questions about (no matter how big or small the matter was). Fernando was able to secure us our first property, which was a multi family, in this crazy market! Not only did he secure us the house, we got our house under asking with a sellers concession! Now, that’s an awesome agent.
