Every house we looked at, Ozzy could spot the issues with its condition, tell us roughly how important they were, and estimate how much it would cost to fix, so we could factor that into negotiating. He has connections to contractors to help with the house once you get it too. Throughout the process he made us feel like he was working with us to try to help us, and happy to give us the time we needed rather than trying to make a quick deal for a commission. And he was always flexible about our goals as they evolved!

Ozzy was extremely helpful and accommodating to our family. He always made sure to discuss everything thoroughly and answer any questions I had for him. He also was able to meet any contractors I had scheduled to come and work on my home if I was not available to be there. He would make sure the work was done and would lock up when they left. Most of all I felt like he had my best interest at heart and not just what his commission would be. I will definitely be using his services again when I am ready to purchase or sell.

Ozzy did an excellent job selling my house, he was very professional, his years in Real Estate showed his experience and knowledge. He always kept me up to date throughout the whole selling process, he made it really easy for me, giving me peace of mind. Ozzie was very helpful though the whole process. Even when we had trouble with the insurance company. Ozzie was on time for all the appointment he made for us.
